Southpaw Promotions & WKA sanctioned Muay Thai & Kickboxing at Chester Racecourse Pavillion on 13th December 2009, Doors open 1.00pm Fights start 2.30pm. The show will be supported by DUO GEAR and if your in the area or at the show be sure to pop down and see the team.

:: GYMBOX MUAY THAI & MMA FIGHT NIGHT @ THE MINISTRY OF SOUND
Gymbox are hosting a Muay Thai and MMA show at The Ministry of Sound on Thursday 10th September 2009. The event is supporting an important charity with proceeds going to the 'Children with Leukhaemia' charity, so I request to all MGRM students to get of your backsides on the Thursday evening, bring a friend or relative and come support this event. There's also an after party with MOS Dj's until 1.00am, dress code smart.

:: SUNDAYS @ OAKS PARK
This new session starts at Oaks Park High School on the 28th June 2009 and is ideal for those who want a thorough workout. This is a fitness session and will involve 90 minutes of padwork, bagwork and sparring for those who want to, and is a great supplement to the friday instructional session. The session will be open to all ages and genders who want to use this time to improve their current techniques and skills.

All newcomers are welcome, for more information about training with us simply contact Meeta or Gee or drop us an email and we will try and reply within 24 hours.
