Am I fit enough to do this?
Training at our classes does not require you to have an expected level of fitness, thats what we're here to do, we aim to get you fit.

What's the minimum age?
The minimum age we train is 7 years old, however at our discretion.

Do you teach beginners?
Yes, we have classes for all levels. A list of our classes is available here.

 

Where are you located?
We currently have classes in the Ilford area. For further details, please see here.

Which class can I come to?
We have various classes suitable for adults, children, beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. A list of our classes are available here. If you are uncertain about the most suitable class please contact us for advice and information.

How much are your classes?
Our class prices vary, depending on the class that you are attending and can start from as little as £7.00 per class. Find out more about prices and each of the classes.

Do I need to pre-book my first class?
Yes, you will need to book in any class you attend until you are a member. Simply contact us and we'll arrange a suitable time to book in your class. If you have any questions you can simply drop us an email beforehand or call us between our office hours Monday - Friday 10.00am - 7.00pm.

Can I bring a friend?
Yes of course, feel free to bring a friend, however book a class in advance or you may be disappointed.

Is there parking?
Yes, we have free parking at all our locations.

What happens in a class?
Class content varies depending on the class you come to, and usually involves a warm up, stretching, pair work, bag/pad work and core training, amongst other exercises.

What do I need to bring and do I need any equipment?
For your first class, we recommend wearing shorts/leggings and a t-shirt, and bringing a bottle of drinking water. 

 

No equipment is needed when you first attend, we will provide you with everything you need for your first few classes. We will inform you when you need to get the specific equipment for your training. A list of the equipment required can be found in our equipment section.

What facilities do you have?
All our locations have FREE car parking on site, separate male and female washrooms and the full use of our training equipment until you have your own.

How many times a week can I train if I'm a beginner?
We suggest easing into at least one class per week, after which you can train as often as you like. If you have a fairly good fitness level then adults and kids can train up to 3-4 classes a week.

Do you offer one to one classes?
Yes, we do offer our member's one to one classes, please contact us for further information.

Do you do fight shows or competitions?
