Am I fit enough to do this?
Training at our classes does not require you to have an expected level of fitness
What's the minimum age?
The minimum age we train is from 7 years old.
What is the price of a class?
Our class prices start from 8.50 per class. Find out more about prices and each of the classes.
What do I need to bring?
For your first class, we recommend wearing shorts/leggings and a t-shirt, and bringing a bottle of drinking water.
Do I need any equipment?
We will inform you when you need to get the specific equipment for your training. A list of the equipment required can be found here.
