1. Service prices
All prices are subject to change. All services and products including drop-in sessions are subject to availability.
2. Service statements
It is the individual’s responsibility to use the training they have been provided sensibly. MGRM Muay Thai representatives including Instructors or Members or Administrators or Assistants or Team Leaders will not be held responsible for any injury incurred during the activity in Muay Thai, the sport and Martial Art at MGRM Muay Thai.
Any products, equipment or images provided on this website are not intended to prevent injury or any medical implications, they are simply produced and manufactured at a high quality to help reduce and minimise such risks. It is the individual’s responsibility to use the products and equipment sensibly. All claims made on the product labels and website descriptions are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and we do not claim to agree with or support/substantiate these claims. All product images are for illustration purposes only.
3. Price changes
MGRM Muay Thai reserve the right to adjust the price of services and goods as deemed necessary without prior notice. However, this will not affect the price at which the service stands when your transaction is processed. MGRM Muay Thai reserve the right to cancel any offers or promotions at any time without prior notice.
4. Payment and availability
Services are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the service, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be offered where you have already paid for the service.
Once you have chosen your service, you can proceed to checkout and pay for your order having the peace of mind of an SSL checkout for secure processing with a major debit or credit card through their secure payment server. If you’re having difficulties with any payment within the UK please contact your card supplier.
Once we have received your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. As we process your order you may receive further e-mails explaining your order status or updates.
Any electronic payment made online to MGRM Muay Thai will go to our partner DUO GEAR.
Any electronic payment made to MGRM Muay Thai onsite will be made via our Zettle terminal and then forwarded to our partner DUO GEAR. You can refer to the Zettle Privacy Policy on their website for a more detailed account of their policies. All drop-in sessions or on site electronic payments are subject to availability.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and time of the session should unforeseen circumstances occur. In the event that the session is unable to proceed and we cancel the session for any reason whatsoever, fees paid for the session will be fully refunded.

Our session age group starts from a minimum of 7 years old. Upon attendance we may ask the parent/guardian to provide proof of the child’s age. If a session booking is made for anyone under the age of 7 years old, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the money without notice.

At all times until 48 hours prior to your session start time, or the first session of the week if you have paid for the week, you have the right to cancel.

Our venue holds limited spaces, and many of our session sell out. If you need to cancel, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, or the first session of the week if you have paid for the week. This will allow us to offer your spot to someone else. You may contact us via email at mgrmmuaythai@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your session to cancel. If you give us at least 48 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will cancel your booking and initiate a full refund. However, if you do not cancel with at least 48 hours notice or miss any of your scheduled bookings, you will lose any payments you have already made.

Refunds will be completed via the original payment method. To re-book a session, you will be required to make a new booking.
6. Complaints
All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately.
7. Data protection and privacy
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 we do not supply any of your details to any third party.
We are committed to protecting your personal privacy and, in accordance with UK Data Protection law; we uphold strict security procedures for the storage of your personal information.
When you book a session, we collect your name, e-mail address, age, and phone number. We do not receive your credit/debit card information from our payment providers. For debit/credit card payments, your address will also be required. You will receive an email and text SMS (where requested) notifications regarding your booking. When you apply for a membership, this is completed via Google Forms, where additional information will be required. We also monitor customer traffic patterns which enable us to improve the service we provide. This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience.
When we receive payments on our website we do not store debit/credit card details.
We do not share details with any third parties.
8. Changing terms
We may change these terms from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent bookings received.
9. Disclaimer
Although MGRM Muay Thai has attempted to provide accurate information on the Website, information on this Website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. The contents of any documents on the Website are believed to be current and accurate as of its publication date. MGRM Muay Thai assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information.
