Am I fit enough to do this?
There are no minimum fitness levels needed - we aim to get you fit.

What's the minimum age?
The minimum age we start training from is 7 years old.

Do you teach beginners?
Yes, we have sessions for all levels, please see our timetable for days, times and levels

Where are you located?
We currently have sessions at Oaks Park High School, Ilford - please see our location.

Which sessions can I come to?
We have a variety of sessions suitable for adults, children, beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. please see our timetable for days and times. If you are uncertain please contact us.

Do I need to pre-book my first session?
Yes, you will need to book sessions online or until you set up a subscription plan. Contact us and we'll recommend the most suitable session and advise on how to book.

Can I bring a friend?
Yes, feel free to bring a friend or relative, however each person will need to book a session in advance so ask them to contact us ahead of time.

Is there parking?
Yes, we have free onsite parking.

What happens in a session?
Session content varies depending on the session you come to, and usually involves a warm up, stretching, pair work, bag/pad work and core training, amongst other exercises.

What do I need to bring and do I need any equipment?
For your first session, we recommend wearing shorts/leggings and a t-shirt, and bringing a bottle of drinking water. You will also need to bring your own boxing gloves and hand wraps to each session. Thereafter we will let you know when you need to get further training equipment.

What facilities do you have?
We have free car parking on site. There are also separate male and female washrooms.

How many times a week can I train if I'm a beginner?
We suggest easing into at least one session per week, after which you can train as often as you like. If you have a fairly good fitness level then adults and kids can currently train from 2-4 sessions a week.

Do you offer personal training?
Yes, we do offer our member's one to ones, please contact us for further information.

Do you do fight shows or competitions?
Yes, we do participate in ring sport for those who wish to pursue it, however competing is your choice.
